Summary

(This summary is the same as the one on the back of the VHS tape)

In the tradition of martial arts films such as Bruce Lee's Enter The Dragon and director John Woo's The Killer comes a hard-hitting new animated video from Japanese director Masami Obari.
When world-class martial artist Jeff Bogard is brutally murdered before his sons' eyes by a former family friend, young Terry and Andy Bogard must devote their spirits, their talents, their very lives to bare-knuckled street fighting techniques.  If they stand a chance of avenging their father's death.  If.
As the time of the King of Fighter tournament approaches, only one son will be chosen to learn the legendary hakkyokuseiken technique.  Will it be older brother Terry, a loner by nature, whose freedom-loving spirit finds great joy in his own hardened street fighting skills?  Or will it be tough little brother Andy, silver-haired and beautiful, whose special attacks include "Flying Wing Fist" and "Super Explosive Rending Bullet"?
In the blood-soaked and honor-bound world of martial arts, a martial artist's technique isn't just a means to an end... it's a way of life.  Based on the internationally bestselling video game for the NeoGeo, Super Nintendo and Sega game systems, phenomenal fight scenes and non-stop action make Fatal Fury a sure-fire hit with fans of Hong Kong action films and video game enthusiasts alike.
Fatal Fury from Viz Video: In an age of scientific wonders and technological miracles, the human body is still the world's most dangerous machine.

Again just in case you did not see before this is the same thing as the back of the tape.

Review

Fatal Fury Legend of the Hungry Wolf is a good movie but nothing too spectacular.  Any fan of the video games or fans of martial arts should definitely enjoy it though.  Fatal Fury has a pretty good story, decent animation, and very good fight scenes that give it my overall grade of 7 (out of 10).  Which means it is good but not an absolute must-buy.
