Summary

(The summary is the same as the one on the back of the VHS)

In the tradition of director John Woo's The Killer and martial arts legend Bruce Lee's Enter the Dragon comes a hatd-hitting new martial arts thriller from the Japanese action director Masami Obari.
Flushed with victory after defeating Geese Howard, the man responsible for the brutal murder of his father, Terry "Hungry Wolf" Bogard spars one stormy night with deadly German nobleman Wolfgang Krauser.  Krauser leaves Terry with his life but not much else, and the bruised and embittered street fighter must gather up what's left of his pride and start down the lonely road to recovery.
Meanwhile, silver-haired Andy sets out to find his missing brother while red-haired Mai Shiranui, daughter of the martial arts master Hanzo Shiranui, sets her sights on Andy.  A scrappy young street punk named Tony may be able to give Terry back his will to live, but what good is passion when honor is gone...?
Based on the internationally bestselling video game for the NeoGeo, Super Nintendo and Sega game systems, phenomenal fight scenes and non-stop action make Fatal Fury 2, "The New Battle" a sure-fire hit with fans of Hong Kong action films and video game enthusiasts alike.
Fatal Fury from Viz Video: In an age of scientific wonders and technological miracles, the human body is still the world's most dangerous machine.

Again just in case you did not see before this is the same thing as the back of the tape.

Review

Fatal Fury 2 The New Battle was better than the first one in allmost every aspect.  The animaton looked smoother, the fight scenes (in the most part) looked much better, and the storyline was better.  The one thing that really got to me was the fact that you learn how much of a pansy Terry really is.  Terry gets whooped in one fight and he gets depressed and all he does is get drunk.  It was really pathetic.  Despite that really bad plunder the movie was quite good and I give it an overall score 7 which is the same as the last movie.
