Story
| Trigun as an incredibly unique storyline. From the very beginning it is quite interesting. I mean, there is something that catches my attension about a complete dork that somehow became rapped up with a $$60,000,000,000 bounty on his head. And throughout the show it gradually becomes more and more clear how and why this bounty came over his head, and why it was so large. Throughout the story there are more than several compelling characters. From the main character, Vash the Stampede (possibly my favorite character in ANY anime), to Knives and Lagato Bluesummers, some of the villians that battle against out hero Vash. My only real gripe about the story in general is that it seemed that out of no where the story turned all sci-fi. Not that it was such a bad twist, it is just that I pictured the show more taking place in old westurn times as opossed to taking place somewhere in the future. Okay so I lied, one more gripe. The story, although it is still wonderful, is not quite as good torwards the end. The first half of Trigun is much better, I think, and overall more interesting than the last half. Just a few minor gripes to an otherwise perfect story. 9/10 |

Style
| Unlike any other anime, only one other anime has ever made me say that (Cowboy Bebop). From start to finish, although it may be similar to other animes in some ways, is unique enough to even be called its own genre. Mixing belly-aching humor, compelling storyline, wonderful characters, suspenseful action, and villians that redefine the word 'creepy.' Another good point to mention is the overall style of Vash the Stampede. This man just oozes style, he just looks too cool. With his red trenchcoat, oldschool-looking six shooter pistol, spiked blonde hair, and round sunglasses, not only does he not look anything like any other character I have seen, but he looks so much cooler than most any character I have ever seen. Just looking at pics of him makes me want to see the show over again. 10/10 |

Audio
| From the great voice acting, to the killer tunes, to the heartstopping sound effects, the audio in Trigun certainly ranks far higher than the normal standards. After watching the entire show I started to download a few mp3s, and that was not enough! So I decided to order the soundtrack, and now I listen to the music while updating projectbag.com. As mentioned before, the voice acting is wonderful. Vash's voice is just as I would imagine it would be, along with Millie, Wolfwood, and Lagato, all of their voices are unique and awe-inspiring. The sound effects are also above standards, from gunshots to explosions they kept me at the edge of my seat begging for more. 9/10 |

Visuals
| Stunning, beautiful, and jaw-dropping are the words that come to mind when I think of the visuals. The look of all the characters are unique and they are all wonderful in their own ways. Also of good point to mention is that many of the 'camera angles' are perfect and certainly adds to the experience. I also love many of the expressions used to show emotions on the characters, mostly Vash. Although not perfect, Trigun is certainly above the 'recommended' for looks and visuals. Certainly a blast to see. 8.5/10 |

Misc
| This section is dedicated to any misc aspects of the anime that jump out at me, whether good or bad. This time around I decided to go with Humor, because it is certainly a great highlite of Trigun and it one of my favorite aspects of the show. From the very beginning the show made me laugh out loud a countless number of times. It was just too funny seeing the "$$60,000,000,000 Man" or the "Humaniod Typhoon" act like such a goofball-dork all the time. The only gripe I have is that the humor gradually becomes harder and harder to find as the show goes on. However, the writers have been kind enough to keep the humor going anyway, even when the show gets serious. And the on-going joke with the cat is a wonderful addition too. 9.5/10 |

Overall
| Overall this show is a must-see for any anime-lover. The reasoning for this is because this show has everything, suspense-driven action, gunfights, wonderful storyline, a cool atmosphere, characters that will be remembered for years, and much more. As it all comes together the show is near perfect, so close in fact it is almost frightening. This is not only a must-see show, for anime lovers and non-anime lovers, but also a must BUY show because there are so many great episodes that are a must-watch over and over again. Certainly a show that will go down in the record books. 9.2/10 |

Personal Score
| I loved this show dearly, from beginning to end it was perfect to me in every way possible. Although there were some rough spots that I had to mark down on in a few catagories, there are so many good points to this show the good highly outnumbers the bad. If I ever need a good laugh I will turn to this show. If I ever want to see remarkable action scenes I will turn to this show. And if I want to see, quite possibly the greatest character ever, Vash the Stampede, I will of course turn to this show. This anime is as perfect as perfection can achieve, and is certainly a treasure to hold dearly and watch over and over again. 10/10 |
